PIT sessions! Less physical, less pressure, less stress - more learning. Break a mental sweat. All soccer sessions will inherently have some level of physical demands, but if you think this is your style, let me know!
Individual also offered, though groups are preferred to offer a more thorough, authentically replicated game situations feel.

Can all 5 sessions run in a single week, or is it always across 5 weeks?
Either will work, up to you. Scheduling factor and coach availability.

Registration will be done individually, but you can create your own group name. Please make sure all members register using that same group name.

How soon can we get started? Typically within 1-2 weeks of registration, but it is first come first serve so sign up now.

1 hour. The session will always be designed to include water breaks, recovery rests, and pauses for coaching.
Package of 5 sessions minimum.
Individual $200 for 5 sessions ($40 per hour, 200 total)
$175 each for 2 people ($35 per hour per person; 350 total)
$150 each for groups of 3 or 4 people ($30 per hour per person, 450 or 600 total)
$125 each for groups of 5 or 6 people. ($25 per hour per person, 625 or 750 total)

What are PIT sessions?
PIT is the acronym we use to encapsulate our individual and small group training. It means “Personal (or Positional) Improvement Training”.
